General English Courses

Our General English courses are highly regarded for their effectiveness, excellent teaching, flexibility and our unique Multi-level system.

Students can be placed at different levels for each of the sessions ie Grammar / Reading, Writing, Vocabulary / Speaking, listening.

General courses are 21 hours (60 minutes per hour) per week.

Average 8 students per class, maximum12.

Classes are mixed nationality – usually 12-15 different nationalities in school at one time.

You can begin on any Monday.

You can stay from 1 week to 1 year and more. Read more about our accommodation options.

Average age of students is 30 and range is usually from 20 – 60.

Equal focus on each skill means development in all areas.

Multi-level system means you are always in the right level for each skill.

Long-term students can have ‘study holidays’ (by pre-arrangement only).

There is homework in all English skills.

You have free access to the self-study centre, school library, and school wi-fi internet service.

Your progress is regularly checked and you can discuss your course with your teachers or the Principal.

You receive a certificate at the end of your General English Course.
