General English courses
Our General English courses are highly regarded for their effectiveness, excellent teaching, flexibility and the unique Multi-skill system
General courses are 21 hours (60 minutes per hour) per week.
Sample Timetable for General Courses
Students can be placed at different levels for each of the sessions ie Grammar / Reading, Writing, Vocabulary / Speaking, listening.
Average 8 students per class, maximum12.
Classes are mixed nationality – usually 12-15 different nationalities in school at one time
Average age of students is 30 and range is usually from 23 – 60.
Equal focus on each skill means development in all areas.
Multi-skill system means you are always in the right level for each skill.
You can begin on any Monday.
You can stay from 1 week to 1 year and more.
Long-term students can have ‘study holidays’ (by pre-arrangement only)
There is homework in all skills
You have free access to the self-study centre, school library, school wi-fi internet service.
Your progress is checked at all times.
Teachers and Academic Director available to discuss your course.
You receive a leaver’s certificate at the end of your course.
